Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. If a file does not open or something is not right, please message us – we will fix it or help you right away.

Printed planners

If your printed planner arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped; online payments for cancelled orders are refunded to the same account / card within 5–7 working days.
